Job summary

Novant Health is seeking an RN to coordinate home care services, establishing and maintaining the plan of care for patients. You will oversee quality, customer service, and financial management of your caseload in a patient-centered environment.

Required are an ADN, with BSN preferred, and 1 year of acute care or home health experience. Current RN licensure, BLS, and a valid driver’s license are mandatory, with flexible hours to meet departmental needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent acute care, home health, or related experience is required.
• Associate degree in nursing is required; BSN is preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
