Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Case Manager RN for Cumberland and Hoke Counties, NC. This 12+ month contract-to-hire role supports the care coordination team by ensuring accurate documentation and collaborative care planning.

Qualified applicants hold an RN license and ADN or higher, BLS certification, and full COVID-19 vaccination. You must be able to pass a drug test and have reliable transportation. Shift is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NC or ability to obtain by start date.
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing (RN).
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical assessment.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full COVID-19 vaccination.
• Candidates must pass a drug test before employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the provider/team with benefit determination associated with Medicare Part A, Part B, and Part D benefits.

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license in the state which you reside, or ability to obtain by start date.
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing (RN).
• Certified in Basic Life Support.
• Ability to complete physical requirements, including lifting a 30-pound bag and ability to perform physical assessment.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.
• Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
