Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Case Manager RN for a travel assignment in Roseville, CA. The RN Case Manager coordinates continuum of care for assigned patients, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to medical regimes in a healthcare facilities setting.

This role requires current RN licensure in the state, at least one year of case management experience, and compliance with professional standards.

Competenze

• Current RN licensure in state practicing.
• At least one year of Case Management experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinatingcontinuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimumutilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with medical regime.
