Job summary

Revolution Workshop in Chicago is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to guide participants through their construction pre-apprenticeship, handling case notes, attendance, barriers, and goal planning. The role involves running daily logistics, coaching, and collaborating with the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree encouraged but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with diverse groups.
• Experience serving underserved communities through resiliency-based, trauma-informed approaches.
• Knowledge of Chicago social services and resources.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office; able to learn new systems.
• Valid driver’s license for trainee transport.
• Evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case management and supportive services for participants.
• Lead internal and external support for each participant’s needs.
• Prepare applications and key documents (handbooks, grant docs).
• Teach life skills and Financial 101 to cohorts.
• Build relationships using Revolution Workshop’s coaching approach.
• Hold trainees accountable to attendance and pace.
• Collect grant data, attendance, and training plans.
• Screen and select participants via interviews.
• Lead weekly program staff meetings.
• Collect feedback to improve outcomes.
• Assist in planning and development of programs.
