Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in the United States seeks a Case Manager to join our team. You will support attorneys by developing settlements, preparing documents, and handling a varied caseload with empathy and customer focus.

This on-site role involves interacting with clients, collecting medical records, coordinating with providers, and managing files from intake to closure under attorney supervision. Strong writing, organization and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant paralegal or case management background is a plus.
• 2+ years in insurance adjuster or pre-litigation paralegal roles preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Daily interaction with clients, via telephone and in person.
• Order medical records from providers and coordinate with clients during treatment.
• Obtain documents to support injury and liability positions.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to obtain records and balances.
• Collaborate with coworkers managing case files.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to closing.
• Prepare demands and submissions to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Present case synopsis to attorneys when required.
• Manage case files end-to-end under attorney direction.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the business.
