Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager in Westborough, MA (Inpatient New England Recovery Center).

This per diem position provides documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis issues. Responsibilities include developing and revising individual treatment plans with client participation, referring clients to community services, and participating in multidisciplinary team planning and case

Qualifications

• At least one year experience working in a substance abuse treatment, case management role or closely related field
• Minimum of a high school diploma, but Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• LADC I or CADAC certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
