• At least one year experience in substance abuse treatment or case management.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.
• Developing, implementing and revising individual treatment plans with client participation.
• Referring clients to appropriate community services as needed.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team treatment planning, case review and conferences.
