Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a qualified social services professional to coordinate client care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client centered. You will create service plans with clients to set goals and respond to their wishes.

You will counsel, advocate, and teach clients the skills identified in their plan face to face in home or virtually, and respond to crises according to program protocols to support families through life’s challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a human behavior field.
• Two years’ experience in child welfare.
• Passion for helping families through life’s challenges.

• Respond to client’s crisis situations within program parameters in a timely manner according to program protocols.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other Human Behavior Science.
• Two years’ experience in child welfare, working with children and families.
• Passion for making a difference and supporting families through life’s challenges.
