Job summary

Akron Main NICU is seeking a Part Time Case Manager for 24 hours per week to oversee hospitalization management from pre-admission through one week post-discharge on site.

The role requires RN licensure, a BSN, and 3–5 years of case management experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Epic EMR is expected; CCM/CCCTM certification preferred.

Technical Expertise

1. Experience in case management is preferred.
2. Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
3. Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Epic software or similar EMR software is required.

Education and Experience

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing [BSN] is required; Master's degree is preferred.
2. Certification: Registered Nurse licensure is required.

• Current Health Care Provider BLS training from the American Heart Association is required.
• CCM or CCCTM Certification is preferred.
