PLAINTIFF'S PERSONAL INJURY law firm in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time, experienced Case Manager / Settlement Negotiator to oversee and negotiate bodily injury claims for plaintiffs’ side. Ideal candidate has prior experience handling bodily injury claims for Auto Insurance companies.

The role focuses on liability analysis, demand review, and settlement negotiations with guidance from attorneys. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, paperless environment and speak Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience with Plaintiff's bodily injury claims.
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
• Detail oriented, organized and a team player.
• Spanish speaking required.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Requirements
