New Horizons Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program in Columbus, GA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break, under general supervision.
The candidate will manage referrals, schedule intake appointments, coordinate with MAT teams, complete PHI releases, track progress in WITS, and support clients with treatment access and resources to maintain sobriety.

Works with the following population:Males and females, 18 years of age or older,with a mental health disorder and/oraddictive diseases.
Salary: $33,072 per year
Maintain accurate confidential records of client interactions and progress. Prepare reports and documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients. Attend team meetings and case conferences to contribute a peer perspective to the overall care plan.
High School Diploma or GED, with 3 to5 years of experience in behavioral health -or- completion of a bachelor's degree in the social sciences (Socialwork, psychology, sociology, counseling, or a related discipline) with 1 year of full-time experience working with individuals with mental health disorders and/or addictive diseases. If candidate has a Bachelors, it MUST be in theabove-named fields to be MHC eligible. The candidate MUSThave 2 years or more in recovery himself / herself, as lived experience will be used to support individuals in services.
A bachelor's degree and experience in working with individuals with mental disorders and/or addictive diseases is preferred.
