Job summary

Telecare Corporation in California is seeking a Case Manager with a Master’s in Social Sciences to coordinate service needs and collaborate with other services. You will complete assessments and determine the appropriate level of services for new members served.

The role is full-time, on-site, with shifts 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Starting pay ranges from $34.82 to $43.02 per hour, with geographic differentials applied based on location.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences required.
• One year of experience in mental health services.
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups (IRS mileage rate).
• Willingness to use the company vehicle for client transport.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle for meetings (IRS mileage reimbursement).

What You Will Do to Change Lives

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | AM/DAYS/PM | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Days: Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $34.82 - $43.02. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
