Job summary

Davis-Stuart, Inc. seeks a Social Worker / Case Manager (LSW) to advocate for teens, coordinate with families, schools, and courts, and develop tailored treatment and discharge plans.

We offer a private office, a small caseload, PSLF eligibility, stable daytime hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including health and 403(b) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Active West Virginia Social Work License (LSW) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and WV CARES / APS/CPS clearance.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (THC permitted with hemp receipts).
• Deep empathy for teens with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families, schools, courts and community providers to advocate for teens.
• Coach youth in accountability, social skills and goal setting.
• Develop tailored treatment and discharge plans for client success.
• Manage court reports and licensing casework with precision.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule to support community safety.

What Checks the Boxes (Required Credentials)

• The Golden Ticket: A current, active West Virginia Social Work License (LSW) is strictly required.
• The Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related human services field.

• Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
