We are looking for a motivated professional for the role of Case Manager - Litigation Technology. This position can be filled remotely or at any of our locations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with Attorneys and Paralegals to develop technology solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Serve as a primary contact for case teams regarding database design, document review processes, electronic discovery, legal software and hardware needs, case management tools, and trial support.
  • Define, build, and configure Relativity databases and other litigation technology-related databases.
  • Coordinate projects internally and with vendors, including drafting project plans, work orders, processing instructions, and evaluating proposals.
  • Provide estimates, schedules, and status reports for cases.
  • Utilize critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to develop cost-effective technical solutions for time-sensitive issues.
  • Build and maintain client relationships with excellent litigation technology skills.
  • Support case needs, possibly including overtime and travel as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • 2-year or 4-year degree preferred; significant relevant experience considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in legal or professional services environments.
  • Thorough understanding of litigation processes, electronic discovery, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Litigation Support software, especially Relativity or similar.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Quick learner of new technologies and able to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, Relativity, IPRO, Transcript Software, NUIX, MS Access, and other relevant tools is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary ranges vary by state, from approximately $66,000 to $147,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, retirement plans, and more.
