Qualifications

• Master’s degree with clinical training or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate service linkage from multiple providers.
• Maintain accurate consumer clinical records in accordance with standards.
• Provide 24/7 crisis intervention on a rotating basis.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Team.
