The Connection in Groton, CT is seeking a Case Manager / Job Developer for its new Women’s Bridge residential program. This role focuses on structured case management, job development, and supportive supervision to women reintegrating after incarceration.

You will use a strengths-based, client-centered approach to help residents build skills, employment prospects, and independent living. Orientation is required for new hires at our Middletown office.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Regular and predictable attendance is required

Mansioni

• Provide case management, job development, and supervision to justice-involved women.
