Career Opportunities with The Villages of Indiana

The Case Manager – Intensive Foster Care will:

  1. Handle intake and implement needed assessments to develop the Treatment Plan and the Family Support Plan.
  2. Work closely with all team members to coordinate necessary services.
  3. Serve as the main contact with the DCS FCM and attend CFTM meetings as needed.
  4. Collaborate with foster parents to provide support, coordinate trainings and support groups, assist with finding respite and extracurricular activities for children, support behavior management, and offer skill-building assistance for foster parents and children.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college.
  • If holding a BSW, LBSW certification is required.
Preferred Experience:
  • Five (5) years of supervised, paid casework experience, with at least two (2) years in an approved child-placing agency.
  • Alternatively, one (1) year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work, including supervised field casework, may substitute for the five (5) years of experience, including casework and LCPA experience.
