What You Will Do to Change Lives
Under direct supervision, serve as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders by assisting them to live as independently as possible in their community. The Case Manager III role is distinguished from Case Manager II by additional education, experience, and proficiency in job functions.
Shifts Available:
Full Time; DAYS 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday
Expected starting wage range is $22.62 - $27.63, with geographic pay differentials applied. Starting pay depends on relevant experience above minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
* Bachelor's degree in Social Services or Human Services with 1 year of experience, or High School/G.E.D. with 4 years of direct mental health or community services experience. An Associate's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance, with willingness to use your vehicle for client transportation.
