Minimum Education/Formal Training Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN)
• Master's Degree in Nursing (RN)

Work Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of Case Management experience
• 3-5 years of clinical healthcare experience (acute or hospital)

Licenses and Certifications

• Accredited Case Manager (ACM) - American Case Management Association
• Case Manager Certification - The Commission for Case Manager Certification
• Registered Nurse licenses for Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee as applicable
