Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the specified fields with experience delivering specialized services.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or brain injuries preferred.
• Current First Aid certification or completed within first 90 days of hire.
• Current Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification or completed within first 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records and ensure timely, compliant documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate care across teams.
• Lead biannual plan of care conferences and classroom sessions.
• Assist individuals at mealtimes to promote safety and a respectful dining environment.
• Supervise and mentor staff in instructional activities and community groups.
• Identify and implement assistive technologies and accommodations as needed to support clients.
