Job summary

Adelphoi Village Inc. is seeking a compassionate Foster Care Case Manager in Huntingdon, PA to join our team. You will support youth and families through regular home visits and develop tailored service plans to promote resilience and growth.

The role offers hybrid work opportunities, comprehensive training, and a supportive supervisory structure within a long-standing program serving at-risk youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services field or 2 years of extensive experience in the Child Welfare field
• Bachelor’s degree or experience required for case management and youth services
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to youth and foster families through regular home visits
• Develop individualized service plans to inspire emotional, intellectual, and social growth
• Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate assistance when needed
• Maintain accurate records in our Electronic Health Record system
• Plan and attend recruitment events, presenting to community groups and organizations
• Conduct family interviews and complete home studies for foster and kinship families

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services field

Requirements:
