Job summary

Adelphoi in Huntingdon, PA is seeking a compassionate Foster Care Case Manager to support youth and families through regular home visits and individualized service plans. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to promote resilience and healthy growth in the community.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Human Services or significant child welfare experience, a valid driver’s license, and required clearances; a flexible hybrid schedule and strong supervisory support are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services field or 2 years of extensive experience in the Child Welfare field.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• FBI, Act 33, and 34 clearances provided with agency assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to youth and foster families through regular home visits.
• Develop individualized service plans to support emotional, intellectual, and social growth.
• Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate assistance when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record system.
• Plan and attend recruitment events, presenting to community groups and organizations.
• Conduct family interviews and complete home studies for foster and kinship families.
