Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a full-time Case Manager to aid individuals and families in the Bronx. The role involves interviewing tenants, conducting assessments, and assisting them in accessing community resources. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work with relevant experience is required.

The Case Manager will work closely with clients to help them achieve self-sufficiency and will monitor their progress. The position offers a salary range of $50,192.00 to $55,000.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Obtain Criminal History Checks fingerprinting.
• Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Aid individuals and families requiring social service assistance.
• Interview and evaluate tenants to formulate Independent living plans.
• Monitor tenants’ progress toward their goals.
