Job summary

CAMBA is looking for a Case Manager for their Homelessness Prevention Initiative. The Case Manager will assist at-risk individuals and families in overcoming challenges related to public benefits, housing, and health care to prevent homelessness.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. CAMBA offers a full-time position (35 hours/week) with competitive compensation ranging from $49,862 to $54,119 annually, along with a range of benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent writing skills for drafting assessments and reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Aid individuals and families requiring social service assistance.
• Conduct client interviews and evaluations to assess needs.
• Assist clients in identifying and locating community resources.
