Job summary

West Texas Centers seeks motivated individuals for ongoing Case Management with a competitive starting pay and a benefits package. The role involves assisting individuals in gaining access to medical, social, vocational, and educational services, coordinating services, monitoring progress, advocating for clients, and crisis resolution.

Applicants must reside within 70 miles of the duty site, hold a Bachelor’s or higher degree, and have a valid driver’s license with insurable driving history.

• Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Applicants must reside within 70 mile radius of duty site.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in gaining needed services: access to medical, social, vocational, educational.
• Coordinate services for clients.
• Monitor services and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Resolve crises as needed.
• Engage clients in activities designed to reduce symptoms of mental illness and improve community functioning.
