Job summary

Options For All is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support the Area Manager in operating community-based programs for adults with disabilities. You will provide administrative and programmatic support, supervise staff, and assist in delivering services with dignity and respect.

The role includes coordinating schedules, monitoring program delivery, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with teams to enhance curricula and activities for participants. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 90+ college units or 3 years hands-on experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual & physical disabilities in program settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support to the Area Manager.
• Monitor daily program delivery and instruction to participants.
• Track scheduling to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency.
• Supervise program staff and ensure daily report entries are detailed.
• Assist with budgeting, billing, and payroll support.
• Travel between locations to support programs.
• Prepare and review reports on staff and participants.
• Coordinate data reporting and documentation across programs.
