Job summary

Apexon is seeking an eDiscovery specialist to support complex litigation with end-to-end eDiscovery and Relativity expertise. You will design search strategies, manage document review workflows, and produce project reports while coordinating with legal teams and vendors to ensure compliant delivery of data.

The role requires hands-on experience with ESI collection, data processing, early case assessment, analytics, and production. Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end eDiscovery and litigation support for complex matters with Relativity or RelativityOne hands-on expertise.
• Create complex searches, develop search strategies, manage document review workflows, batching, quality control, and generate project reports.
• Knowledge of ESI collection, data processing, document culling, ECA, analytics, and document production.
• Collaborate with legal teams to advise on eDiscovery strategies, manage timelines, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with legal and technical requirements.
• Manage review databases, litigation holds, production specifications, troubleshooting processing issues, training end users, and maintaining quality standards throughout the discovery lifecycle.

• Knowledge of ESI collection, data processing, document culling, early case assessment (ECA), analytics, and document production.
• Ability to work directly with legal teams, advise on eDiscovery strategies, manage project timelines, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with legal and technical requirements.
• Experience managing review databases, litigation holds, production specifications, troubleshooting processing issues, training end users, and maintaining quality standards throughout the discovery lifecycle.
