Job summary

A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is preferred; driving license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, case management software).
• Familiarity with community resources and social service programs is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
