GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a qualified program facilitator to support reentry initiatives in Memphis. The role delivers cognitive behavioral curriculum and supports participants in life skills development within a correctional setting.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field, prior experience as a facilitator, and ability to work in a hybrid environment between office and home.
**We are hiring with a sign on bonus, payable in quarterly installments**
The position requires staff availability during work hours for Memphis DRC
Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM -3:00 PM , with virtual classes conducted outside of those hours.
The job is hybrid to work between TDOC office and home office.

Summary
This position provides program participants with the tools and knowledge to prepare for reentry into the community through the use of CBIP, Victim Impact, Stopping Abuse for Everyone (SAFE), and Relapse Prevention Program modules. This individual must learn, use, and model principles of the “What Works” system through evidence-based practices in all interactions with participants, GEO staff members, and agency personnel.
