Responsibilities
Summary

This position manages a caseload of participants, applying policies and evidence-based practices in interactions, and ensures all criminal justice system requirements are met.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage participant caseload, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans.
  • Meet with participants, document progress, and conduct orientations.
  • Set schedules, approve activities, and monitor compliance.
  • Handle participant fees, report violations, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Report on program operations, represent the company in official contacts, and facilitate evidence-based programs.
  • Conduct group and individual meetings, develop rehabilitative plans, and may testify in court.
  • Provide face-to-face services, develop CMPs, and make referrals to outside agencies.
  • Maintain documentation, develop exit plans, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Associates degree with 2+ years of experience working with the criminal justice population, OR
  • High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • CBT Facilitator certification is desirable.
  • Knowledge of case management, criminal justice system, and intervention modalities.
  • Good presentation, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills; bilingual skills may be required.
