This full-time role focuses on facilitating recovery activities, crisis planning, advocacy, and coordination with community resources. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in human services, strong communication and documentation skills, computer literacy, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with major in human services preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of behavioral health issues with an understanding of community integration strategies and techniques.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to prioritize and organize schedules/demands.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

$22.46 - $28.87 per hour, commensurate of experience

Full time/35 hour work week

PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW

To support activities and programming within the Community Support Services division that will facilitate and encourage individuals to become empowered in their recovery and increase independence.
