Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an acceptable human services field, or a bachelor's degree with at least 90 hours of human services field classwork.
• Experience with individuals with a substance use diagnosis is a plus.
• Eligible for supervision as a CSAC; meet SUD CM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage parents in individualized services and provide treatment group psychoeducation.
• Perform ASAM assessments and discharge planning; conduct home visits and crisis intervention.
