Formación

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2 years supervised counseling experience or 4 years delivering manualized cognitive behavioral treatment.
• Willing to work with high risk populations including substance abusers, court involved individuals, and trauma survivors.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure casework services align with OCC policies and regulations.
• Maintain participant files with intake materials and agency documents.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individual treatment plans.
• Monitor monthly progress and adjust plans; provide feedback to participants.
• Make referrals to outside agencies and manage community-based services.
• Document client interactions and track CBI completion.
• Create aftercare/discharge plans and participate in CBT group audits.
• Utilize technology for virtual meetings and data management.
