Job summary

Bethanna is seeking a Mental Health Case Manager for its Children’s Mobile Intervention Services (CMIS) in Philadelphia. You will work with an Intervention Specialist to support youth in crises, meeting in homes, schools, and community settings to stabilize and guide families through systems.

You will implement behavior strategies, assist with access to behavioral health services, and document your work under supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, counseling, education, or a related human services field.
  • 2 years of experience working with children or youth in behavioral health.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Experience with crisis de-escalation and case management.
  • Knowledge of CBH resources is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis stabilization and ongoing support to youth.
  • Meet with youth in homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Help families navigate DHS, education, mental health, and juvenile justice systems.
  • Implement behavior strategies and connect families to services.

Mental Health Case Manager – Children’s Mobile Intervention Services (CMIS)About the RoleWe are looking for a Mental Health Case Manager to join our Children’s Mobile Intervention Services (CMIS) team.
