Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required.
• Experience in case management preferred.
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates didactics/educational lectures.
• Maintains case records in Harbor Light standards.
• Serves as Case Manager to treatment clients.
• Assists clinical staff with nonclinical tasks (packets, client support).
• Participates in review of clinical issues, activities and policies.
• Attends clinical staff meetings and team conferences.
• Participates in educational courses and in-service meetings to enhance treatment skills.
