Qualifications

• Must possess a degree in behavioral health or a related field.
• Valid Arizona state fingerprint clearance card is required.
• Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Child and Family Team process to support youth.
• Develop individualized service plans and link clients to community resources.
• Coordinate behavioral and physical health care.
