Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree plus two years’ experience providing direct services to individuals with mental disabilities or other relevant human service experience, or bachelor's degree that required a one-year practicum working directly with individuals with mental disabilities (e.g., BSW) and one year experience, or associate's degree plus 3 years above experience.

The Case Manager provides crisis intervention as needed and delivers services in the field to support individuals in achieving the highest level of independent living possible.
