Job summary

JEVS Human Services Career Center in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Case Manager to support adults with physical disabilities to act as employers of their own personal care attendants. The role focuses on empowering participants to manage their personal attendants and navigate HR-related tasks.

You will be involved in processing documents, providing HR-type support, ensuring compliance, and guiding recruitment and screening of applicants for personal care attendants.

• Provide participants with HR-type support to help them manage their personal attendants
• Train the participant in compliance & guidelines
• Assist participants in recruiting and screening personal care attendant applicants
