The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, business administration, psychology, or equivalent experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and databases.

  • Highly organized with strong administrative, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing sensitive data, documentation, and financial transactions with accuracy.
  • Empathetic, goal-oriented, and able to work with diverse populations.
  • Proven ability to meet performance goals and adapt to change.
