Job summary

Farah & Farah in Florida seeks a Pre-Suit Case Manager to gather documents, assess claims, and help draft demand letters while negotiating settlements.

You will manage a full caseload, coordinate with a legal assistant, maintain client contact, verify insurance coverages, and support investigations with careful data entry into the ATO system.

• Oversee client medical care while coordinating with clients and medical professionals.
• Schedule medical appointments and explain procedures and related documentation.
• Continuously monitor case status and review medical records.
• Organize and maintain case files in preparation for demand writers.
