Chimes is seeking a Case Manager (Finance) to provide community-based behavioral health case management in Sussex County, DE. The role focuses on assessing resources, supporting clients to live stably in the community, and coordinating with service providers to ensure safe, effective care.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm with on-call availability 24/7. The pay rate is $21.00/hour, with full-time benefits and a focus on recovery-based planning.
