TASC is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to support clients involved in the criminal legal system who struggle with substance use and behavioral health challenges. You will perform assessments, coordinate referrals, and provide caseload management within ACJS to promote recovery and stability.
This full-time role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to work in a correctional setting.

TASC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Case Manager to support clients involved in the criminal legal system who are struggling with substance use and behavioral health challenges. Case Managers in our Adult Criminal Justice and Treatment Services (ACJS) division work closely with individuals to provide assessments, referrals, and case management services that support recovery and long-term stability
