Salary Range: $45,000- $48,000 per year
Program Description
Geffner House is a 305 unit supportive Single Room Occupancy (SRO) building that provides permanent housing for low-income adults, including individuals with serious and persistent mental illness; individuals who are recovering from drug or alcohol addiction; and individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Tenants are offered a comprehensive array of services.
Overall Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the senior clinical staff, the Case Manager is responsible for providing assessments, counseling, and referral services to tenants with persistent mental illness, individuals who are recovering from drug/alcohol addiction and/or those living with either HIV or AIDS. Work with property management to maintain tenants’ housing.
