A leading social services organization in New York City is seeking a Case Manager for their NORC program. The role involves assisting clients with social services, conducting needs assessments, and providing case management. HANAC, Inc. – originally founded by George Douris as the Hellenic American Neighborhood Action Committee – is a New York City-based multi-faceted social services organization. The organization was founded in 1972 to serve the needs of vulnerable populations throughout New York City.
TheCase Manager of the NORC program will assist the Program Director to manage the operations of a social services information, referral, and assistance program that emphasizes benefits and entitlements to eligible members of the community.
Rate of pay: $21.00 per hour
Work Schedule: M-F 8am to 4pm
