The Case Manager will provide essential services to asylum seekers, conducting assessments, developing service plans, and coordinating travel arrangements. Salary:$30 per hour

The Case Manager will provide all casework activities and services. The Case Manager will engage in daily activities with program management and Migrant Program leadership teams. The Case Manager will provide onsite services by completing assessments and exit services plans and providing support with travel coordination and arrangements to assist asylum seekers transitioning out of the city's supportive housing and resettlement services programs.
