Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to advocate for clients and coordinate comprehensive treatment support across detox, residential, and outpatient services.

You will initiate intake, manage insurance, arrange housing and legal aid, and oversee discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions after treatment. Strong communication and empathy are essential to help clients navigate barriers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; warm, empathetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for client, addressing and resolving external barriers to treatment.
• Initiate case management for each client upon intake and address pressing needs.
• Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout treatment.
• Provide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment.
• Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training, etc., for post-discharge needs.
• Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support).

Now Hiring a Case Manager for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Indianapolis, IN.

What You'll Do

• Advocate for client, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment

What We're Looking For
