Job summary

Fort Myers Academy in Fort Myers, Florida, is hiring a Case Manager to administer and develop case plans and treatment programs for youth in a residential/detention setting. The role reports to the Director of Student Services and requires a BA/BS and prior youth case-management experience.

• Coordinate with school staff and placing agencies to implement services and monitor progress.
• Report to the Director of Student Services and/or Program Director.

Ft. Myers Academy is a MODERATE RISK residential/detention facility which offers comprehensive care and treatment, specializing in evidence-based intensive mental health services. The academy is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a serene and supportive environment, designed to promote healing and recovery for individuals facing mental health challenges. With a focus on evidence-based practices, Fort Myers Academy ensures that each client receives personalized, effective treatment tailored to their specific needs.

Pay: Starting at $23.50 per hour.

What you will do: As a Case Manager/ Transitional Services, you will be responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. The Case Manager/ Transitional Services reports to the Director of Student Services and/or Program Director.

Schedule
