Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Case Manager in Kansas. You must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field and experience working with children and families; we will teach you the rest.

The ideal candidate will live in Kansas and be bilingual preferred. The role focuses on helping children thrive in their homes by building skills in emotion regulation, healthy relationships, and constructive communication while working within a supportive team and connecting

A Day in The Life as a Case Manager

As a Case Manager, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Case Managers teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among others. Case Managers work as part of a team and access, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.
