Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our team in Kansas. All you need is a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and experience working with children and families; we will teach you the rest!

The role involves helping children thrive in their home environments, teaching skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. We offer flexible scheduling and remote work, plus generous leave and holidays.

A Day in The Life as a Case Manager

As a Case Manager, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Case Managers teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among others. Case Managers work as part of a team and access, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.
