Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Case Manager in Kansas to support children and families.

You will work as part of a team to help children thrive in their home environments, teaching skills like emotion regulation, healthy relationships, and effective communication. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is required, with experience in child and family services; bilingual candidates preferred.

A Day in The Life as a Case Manager

As a Case Manager, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Case Managers teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among others. Case Managers work as part of a team and access, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.
